Google I/O is underway and some new Android stats have been announced. First, Google officially announced OS 4.1 Jelly Bean. Second, Vic Gundrota, Vice President of Engineering at Google, stated that over 400 million Android devices get activated every day, that’s “12 new Android activations every second or 1 million a day.”
