   Please do a review and tell us how this is in it basic function: as a phone. Are the outbound and inbound call quality and signal reception decent?

   How about if I connect a Bluetooth headset – can I still make phone calls without sounding like I’m on a cut-rate phone?

   I think a lot of smartphone reviews overlook this basic functionality, and I would be a little scared about buying a cheap phone like this.

   That screen is unfortunate. I’ve owned an android phone with 240×320 before, it’s very limiting.

   Put a 320×480 3.5″ screen on it (aka 2 year old ipod screen), and sell it for $200. It’ll be twice as good.

   Still prefer my X10 mini… cuter and… well thats it, I think the x10 mini looks better. Sure it’s totally outdated today, but still, it’s not meant to rival the likes of the Arc or the Galaxy s2.

   This makes Bell’s Galaxy Gio a pretty sweet deal. They have it on prepaid for $100. Once you get it rooted and unlocked. It is good to go with any of the big3.

   Gio got a bigger screen.

    mini just like their coverage. I am sorry I got burned Mobilicity coverage maps are b**sh*T..be very informed when you buy their service. Walmart is selling their BB for about $20 dollars more a far better deal.. you can even port it to WIND or Rogers. Better than this piece of crap.

    Yes it has the options to create a wifi hotspot. I haven’t tried it yet though.
