The HTC ChaCha is the Android device that heavily integrates Facebook into it with a dedicated button. This runs off of OS 2.3.3 and it sports a 2.6-inch display (480×320 resolution), full QWERTY keyboard, 5 megapixel camera with a 0.3MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi and GPS. This recently was released in the UK for about $375 and it might be coming soon to Canada. Checking out the HTCSense.com Canadian section shows the addition of the “Cha Cha” and the “ChaChaCha”. We last saw the Sensation, Flyer (coming soon), Desire, Incredible S and Desire HD pop up and they all were announced/launched within weeks. No word on which carrier will be releasing this, but we have a hunch it’ll be TELUS (unconfirmed).
