Videotron has expanded their coverage zone into Gatineau and Ottawa region today… this explains why Mobilicity only had exclusivity on the Panache in Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. In addition, the Android 2.3 powered “Panache” is now officially available and comes with a 3.8-inch touchscreen display, 1 GHz processor and 5 MP photo-video camera. Mobilicity recently released this device for $499.99 no-contract but Videotron has one-upped them by offering it for $20 less at $479.95 (and $169.95 with a monthly $40 plan or higher).
