Here’s possibly some good news today for WIND and Videotron customers/future customers. The upcoming Android 2.2 powered LG Optimus 2X is incredibly fast and has some pretty cool features (especially the 8 megapixel camera and 4-inch WVGA LCD display was crisp). It’s currently undecided which carrier this will launch with but I managed to grab hold of a couple devices that were floating around the event and found both a WIND Mobile and Videotron wallpaper loaded in each… which means you can basically count on this Android coming to both carriers and being their flagship device. As for the price? We’re banking on a $400-$450 outright price point and are also hearing an official announcement will be coming next week.
