Kyocera Rio now available at MTS

MTS has released the Kyocera Rio – a 2.8-inch touchscreen device. The contract price for this is a good deal at $0.00 on a 3-year; then $69.99 on a 2-year but the no-contract is unfortunately not worth the $304.99. If it came in under the 300 mark it would be a good bet… however, other specs of the Rio have it with a 1.3 megapixel camera, threaded text messaging, ability to get all your e-mail, 3.5 mm headset jack, speakerphone, media player and can hold up to 16GB with a microSD card.

  2. 3-year contract isn’t a good deal, especially for such a bad phone that won’t be worth much, even 6 months into the future. I wonder how MTS isn’t out of business with such a bad choice of hardware and crazy pricing.
