TELUS releases the BlackBerry Curve 3G

TELUS has comes through and launched the BlackBerry Curve 3G (9300). The best thing about this QWERTY devices other than it’s new is that it will be upgradable to the new BlackBerry 6 OS. Other notable features are the 2.4 inch display with a resolution 320 x 240, Wi-Fi, GPS, 2 megapixel camera and can hold up to 32 GB with a microSD card.

Price wise here’s what you’re looking at:
No-contract: $329.99
1-year contract: $279.99
2-year contract: $229.99
3-year contract: $79.99 (Promo price with a Voice and Data rate plan of $50 or more)

  2. $79 is a rip off, with rogers you can get a 9700 for $99, way worth the extra $20

  3. u can get the 9700 for 99 on telus too so i also agree that 79.99 is a rip off.

  5. Some of us hate the Bold buttons. I’ve got the 8900 and come the end of September, I’ll have this one. I’m a much bigger fan of the Curve’s buttons.

  8. Telus and Rogers are both ripoffs. You can get the 9700 on Bell @ The Source for $0. Why would I want to pay money for my 9700?
