   My guess is that they’ll give out free cases for the thing since with the death grip often doesn’t affect phones with a case on.

   OK, Firstly. I didn’t know that tomorrow was Friday. John Connors must be living in the future, cause tomorrow for me is Thursday. So its either tomorrow (thursday) or The Day After Tomorrow (movie reference) on Friday.

   Now on topic: I can’t say I did not see this coming. They will obviously be acknowledging, finally!, the antenna issue and maybe some other issues before they launch in Canada and other markets.

   My guess is that they will have some announcments on the progression of the problem, how and why this antenna design came about and in the end became a flaw. And I expect to hear some news about shipping iPhone 4′s with free bumpers and an extended warranty to 2 or 3 years (like the Xbox 360 RROD extension).

   Cant wait to hear what comes out of this.

   he’s going to say what a success the iphone 4 is, and then he’s going to say how quickly they sold out everywhere and how they can hardly keep up with demand.
   he’s going to say that people love holding it, that people love using it, they love the display and they’re changing the mobile space.
   then he’s going to say that a small percentage are experiencing issues that may be related to an isolated manufacturing defect and for those customers they’re going to give a free iphone bumper.
   boom.

   Apple will demonstrate how Apple product users should hold their iPhone4 in flashy videos instructed by Justin Long. In response from the Apple community they will applaud this decision and it will be dubbed iClaw. You won’t be cool unless you’re iClawing it.

    The iPhone 4 doesn’t actually exist. We just set the reality distortion field too high. Sorry for the inconvenience. The actual iPhone 4 will come out August.
