SaskTel is launching what seems to be new phones every week. Today they have launched the very affordable Samsung r100 at$0.00 on a 3-year contract. Other price points of this basic entry device are available at $35 on a 2-year contract; $55 on a 1-year contract and $70 no contract.
The r100 has a 1.77-inch LCD display with a resolution of 128×160, Bluetooth 2.1, 2.5mm headset jack, text messaging capable, voice mail to text capable, speakerphone, can hold up to 500 contacts and has overall dimensions of 107 x 43 x 14 mm and weighs 2.61 ounces.
