** Update – looks like the Curve was dropped back down to the affordable rate of $24.95… a much better price point! **

Huh? From a very affordable launch at $49.99, then price dropped to a low $24.99 on a 3-year… we now see the BlackBerry Curve 8530 skyrocket to a massive jump to $149.99? We know that the 8530 has the new trackpad but all the other carriers have this entry level smartphone priced around $25… hopefully it’ll be knocked back down in price

  1. About a month or so ago a similar thing happened with the Bold 9700. The price almost doubled, but was then dropped back down.

  3. That’s true I remember that. I was just on the site and the same with the LG IQ it’s up to 279 on 3 year.
