Fido to release Nokia 2720 & Sony Ericsson T715a soon

We let you know that the Sony Ericsson T715a was coming to Canada way back in June. News today that this will be coming to Fido with the next 45 days (you can bank on sometime in November though).

The T715a will probably come in at $50 on a 2-year contract or $175 No contract or Prepaid. This is a slider with dimensions of 91.5 x 48 x 14.9 mm and weights in at 96.5 grams. The screen size is 2.2 inches with a resolution of 240 x 320 (QVGA) and has a 3.2 megapixel camera, Geo tagging of photos, Google Maps, SMS, MMS, Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync and IM.

In addition, Fido will be adding the Nokia 2720 Fold (also within 45 days) for $0 on a 2-year contract and $125 no contract or Prepaid. This is a flip phone that has a 1.3 megapixel camera (with video capabilities), FM Radio with RDS, Bluetooth, MP3 Player and a 2.5mm Audio Jack.
