-will NOT be compatible with the network being built by Telus and Bell (to my knowledge).

Telus will continue to support EVDO which will do… what I will be doing with this phone is unlocking that GSM goodness for when I travel down to the states from Canada… a costly trip that I often back a truck up to Telus’ door with loads of cash for… those days may be spelling an end
