Telehop fails to produce shareholder list
The take-over bid by Jaguar Financial Inc of Telehop just got interesting. Telehop was supposed to supply them by law with a full list of shareholders. Well, they failed to do so and Hersh Spiegelman, Chief Executive Officer of Telehop, said “unfortunately, the original communication was lost between our offices and that of our legal counsel and this loss did not come to light until yesterday”
