About 40 Peterborough residents formed a group called “Take Down the Tower Citizens’ Action Group” after a Telus cellphone tower in Peterborough suddenly appeared in a residential neighbourhood earlier this week. Spokesperson for the group Fred Wood said”What goes up can come down”.
