Here are Canadian carriers’ 2016 Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals

Black Friday is still undoubtedly a bigger deal in the U.S. than it is in Canada, but that doesn’t mean Canadian carriers don’t offer some significant holiday season savings. Below is a roundup of all the deals that have been posted so far by Canadian wireless, cable and internet providers for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

If we’ve missed anything that you feel should be added — or if you’d like to see a particular carrier on the list — let us know in the comments.

Rogers

Rogers’ Black Friday deals include the offer of a Samsung Gear Fit 2 (well-reviewed by many, including us) for $29 CAD with the activation of any Samsung Galaxy smartphone on a two-year Share Everything+ plan. Regular price for the fitness tracker is $250, and while other outlets like Best Buy are also currently discounting this item, $29 is still an exceedingly noteworthy deal. The offer is valid until November 28th.

Additionally, the carrier is reducing the Pixel, Moto Z and Samsung Galaxy S7 to $0 for both upgrades and activations, with no specific end-date stated. For online activations and upgrades, customers will get an additional $100 credit on their third bill. The deadline to cash in on that offer is December 15th, 2016.

From November 25th to November 28th, customers can get the 32GB iPhone 7 for $0 when they activate on a two-year Premium+ plan contract, a deal the carrier states will also be available for select other devices.

New and existing customers who add or activate a line can also get 2GB of bonus data on 2GB or 5GB Share Everything plans, or 1GB of bonus data on a 1GB Share Everything plan. That offer has no specific end date, but is marked as “limited time.”

Buyers thinking of adding a tablet to their line for $10 per month on a Share Everything plan can also get $200 off an iPad Mini 4 and iPad Air 2 on a two-year payment agreement. An additional $100 trade-in credit for old tablets is also available, and the company is further offering 1GB of shareable bonus data for 12 months.

In case that wasn’t enough, the company is giving out $100 visa prepaid cards for activations of the Huawei GR5, Huawei Nova Plus, iPhone 5S, Galaxy S5 Neo, LG G4 and Moto G4 Plus (offer ending November 28th) and is selling the LG G Pad for $99 when customers activate it on a 2-year Share Everything plan with a bonus 1GB of shareable data for 12 months.
