Retail wars are heating up in Canada. Over the past number of months we’ve seen Apple continue their Canadian expansion, Samsung opened their first location in British Columbia, Sony has their Sony Style stores, and now Microsoft has announced plans to officially open the “Toronto Microsoft Store” on Friday, November 16th in the Yorkdale Shopping Centre.
Hopefully by then there will be new Windows Phone 8 device, plus the upcoming Microsoft Surface tablet. Apparently the store will have trained Microsoft staff to help you understand every product, plus there’s an “answers bar,” which is similar to Apple’s “Genius Bar.”
