Samsung Galaxy S III rumoured to launch in April, have a quad-core processor, 12-megapixel camera, HD display

Mobile World Congress is just over a month away and we’ve already seen several leaked devices online – HTC Endeavor, LG X3 and CX2, Sony Xperia Pepper and others. Missing from the leakage has been Samsung, specifically the upcoming Galaxy SIII. A few details have surfaced – the rumoured specs have it running Android OS 4.0, a quad-core processor and have a Super AMOLED Plus 720p display. Well, if you’re into additional rumours, industry insider Eldar Murtazin decided to take to Twitter today and announce that he scored himself the GSIII and that it’s indeed coming with a “HD resolution, 12 mpx camera, sw tweaks, android 4 – i like my new phone. Eager to see official announcement in Barcelona”. Murtazin also noted that the quad-core processor could be a 1.5GHz-1.6GHz chip and that it’s “fast”… with it possibly being available to the masses this April. Sounds incredibly promising…
