They're garbage. Add on the fact that Rogers is charging $5 more for their smartphone value bundles than Telus/Bell currently and you slowly realize why they're called Robers.

Oh well, like good little customers, we will keep paying, but at the value packs are getting better. I've currently got the $30 500MB Value Pack with 10ksms and 10kMMS and voicemail for $20, so I'm not complaining, but I would love to see this pack come out with a 1GB or more for the included MB's

If they increased the value packs to 1g that would amazing, not the greatest but better than the crapp we get now though. Adding on to the new smartphone plans i think that as the package price increases shouldn't the amount of data atleast, yes they have up the minutes but some data should or atleast increase. Rogers o Rogers whyyyyy.

The increases are in the smartphone with voice minutes but missing in the smartphone with same old minimum data capped at 500mb; like some have "coined", FAILED

A "smartphone" supposedly does more than voice so when the "new" plans just increase voice minutes then they should drop the "smart" out of the phone.

all those plans are pure gabrage, on bell you can get unlimited data and email for blackberry for $30 on top of your voice and texting. this is my plan, Unlimited texting, unlimited email and data, 200minutes and 911 and stuff. all this is only $80 on a corporate plan. man i want to go to rogers cause of the phone selection but im not going to because im NOT PAYING $60 a month for 3GB of data, AND THATS ON TOP OF VOICE

There are soft caps on the data on Bell for data. I know this because my wife is a CSR at one of the Bell mobility call centres. So yes, on paper, UL data looks good, until you hit Bell's magic number and boom, pay out the butt for the rest. And does that include tethering? I doubt it.

FYI, Majority of BB owners wont do more then 1GB of data. There are exceptions, and they can get a plan like mine and not pay as much as you.

Right now, I have the $35 My5 canadawide pack, with 250 daytime minutes, evenings at 6pm, $30 Value Pack that includes 500MB of Data [Tetherd too](I used 748MB last month, but I have 3 months of truly unlimited data) 10,000 SMS 10,000 MMS, Voicemail, Caller ID, Who called and I get a $10 a month credit for it. So mine is $55 a month plus SAF and 911 and taxes.

So you are getting raped by Bell

My dad should look into changing his plan to get more value, he literally has everything in his plan which amounts to about $200 a month, while my mom isn't far behind with $100. But here I am with a measly $35 dollar a month plan haha

I was on the new plan in December! It's weird that they're being called new all of a sudden.

In comparison to what was out there before ($25 just for the data on top of voice and value packs), the plan is a better deal, but like everyone else says it generally sucks. They should up the 500 mb date to at least 1 gb.

Good news if you live in New Brunswick though: the $45 plan is actually $35! I don't know why there is a $10 discount. Maybe were poorer?
