I own a Blackberry 9780 and recently returned to Mobilicity. When I sign in at mobilicity.blackberry.com, I get the following message :
Cannot log in : You Blackberry Internet Service Account is suspended or deactivated. Please contact your wireless service provider.
The rep at Mobilicity technical support and the local sales rep do not seem to know how to fix this.
I had similar situations before for other Canadian carriers and all it took was a simple call to the wireless provider to reactivate the account.
Can anyone help ?
