I am looking at getting a new phone.BUt i need some advice which out of these are the best to go with.
Htc Touch
Htc Diamond
Lg Venus
Samsung Instinct
What are your needs of the phone?
if these are your choices, i would go in this order.
Htc Diamond
Htc Touch
Lg Venus
Samsung Instinct

As for the lg venus i know there it is a touch and as a slide down keypad.But how much of it is touch bases.Is it very limited or not.

the only part of the LG Venus that is touchscreen is the menu portion below the actual display

Overall how would you rate the venus.
solid fist touchscreen released by LG. It's a big phone too.

Well i work for TELUS, and the Venus has had a lot of problems with the chrome finish peeling off the sides. More then half were returned when it was first released. Then LG finally agreed to replace them.
I would go with the Diamond. It offers the most flexibility out of all the phones you mentioned.
The Instinct isn't worth is weight in feathers, let alone gold.
The HTC Touch is an older phone.
Those are just my personal opinions. I would say wait a few weeks and get the Omnia or if you can't wait 2-3 months a few new BB's will be making their debut.

Diamond first, Samsung Instinct a much need last place.
