Hi There,

At the end of January I tried to pay my bill online but it said there was a problem & I should call. I called and tried to pay again, but the gentleman said the card was at fault. I called the card company and the told me that both the web charge & the phone change attempt were actually successful. I got the authorization codes for the payments & call wind back I spoke to a pleasant woman who told me that one of the charges would be repealed & it was solved. Yesterday morning (March 1) I received a text message stating that my phone service had been stopped due to non payment. I've been calling for two days now & I am still waiting for the credit department to call me back. Someone from "first line customer service??" spoke to me last night & guaranteed me that someone from the credit department would call me today at 10 am sharp, but no one has. That is the third time in 24 hours you have failed to make your word. I was on hold two different times yesterday for over 2 hours each with no one ever answering. I've requested three different call backs, but received none. I spoke to three people all of which just passed the buck to say that they couldn't do anything, and it would only take a few minutes. I have three phones on my account & have been a customer since june of last year. I have been without phone service on all three phone since yesterday morning. This is the worst demonstration of customer service I have ever experienced. I was a customer of Rogers & Bell for many years, but there poor customer service I have received with Wind over the past two days makes them look like heros. I'm not your only customer, so I guess you'll have a long line under-serviced customers waiting, so I resign to myself that this email was written just for my own benefit & no one will respond or do anything with it. I can't check the usage on your website, your customer care form doesn't work either. Thanks for at least having an operational email server.

Just food for thought.

I certainly do agree that their "callback" program is a joke. I've called twice and was told I would be called back within 30 minutes and never received a callback.
