Our company is a small construction company that is currently building a house for a relative (uncle). I received an invoice for some building supplies that the relative customer picked up and paid for himself. I do not have to reimburse him for the cost but I'm lost as to how to enter it into the software. I cannot input the material as a bill since the only way to pay that bill is through the checking account or credit card yet I want the cost to show up when I run a job time cost report.
