I would suggest connecting it to Blackberry Desktop Manager Software found on the Blackberry Website via your computer first. If that doesn't work initially, check http://crackberry.com/blackberry-os for another method.... see lists below.

I'm running OS5 on a T-Mobile Blackberry using WIND.
I cannot upgrade through Desktop Manager.. No solution yet besides downloading the leaked.. Perhaps I'll have to wait for T-Mobile to Release it?
Ideas?

Rogers Blackberry 9700 won't even work on Wind, forget it.

Sure, that would unlock the device, but it still won't work. WIND (and Mobilicity) are 3G-only on the AWS 1700MHz band. They don't have any GSM failover. Robelus's Blackberries are GSM Quad-Band and UMTS Tri-band on 850/1900/2100. Notice how none of those three bands are 1700.
It's the same reason you can't use a WIND phone on Robelus 3G. Their 3G is on 850 and 1900, while WIND phones are 1700/2100 (with an optional 900 for European support).
