What the heck is PPD Unlimited Mobile Browser?
What does it apply to?
Can I use facebook, msn, search for ringtones?

Prepaid unlimited Mobile browser.
You can surf the internet as much as you want as long as your phone supports it, (Assuming it's not a smartphone)

Get a prepaid plan for this because its cheaper and you pay when you want
