i don't think besides the size and a few teaks the device will make such a big impact. They should have really worked on it, hardware and software and brought it out.

I just bought an instinct and wanted to know why sprint or Samsung does not offer a sync manager for MAC as they do for a PC. Are there any plans afoot to develop this sync software for MAC? It seems to me that it would be a great marketing ploy to do this/increase their market share.
