Rogers has the most horrible data speeds ever. When i was with wind it was tip top fast no problems

Haven't had a problem so far with my Focus, the 3G/3G+ has been great in my area(Southern Alberta). Can't speak for anywhere else though, some places are better than others.

Same for me with the Focus. I am located in the Montreal area and I get very decent 3G/3G+ performance.

I heard that Rogers has a horrible service and honestly some of the worst data service and connections that you can have when you are with them. I am only speaking from third party accounts, but this is not just one person, this is six or seven people who have them, only because they have some of the best phones.

I never had any problem with my data speed with Rogers.

quite honestly.....it's the gold standard in the Ottawa area. I always have five bars of data wherever I go, whereas my friend on Telus has problems in certain areas, and will actually avoid travelling there because of the spotty reception.....then again he's using an iPhone 4, so that's prolly the phone and not the network.

I have no real issues with rogers, I got my captivate and they handled everything perfectly. Every company has issues it's just the cell phone company's get publicly roasted all the time cause of the a monopoly..

For another example, me and my brother drove the trans canada from Calgary to vancouver, he was on Telus and I was on Rogers, his Telus service was constantly cutting in and out, now there is two sections of the trans Can that rogers was really bad on but overall my service was better than his.

Data speeds work fine in the Kitchener area. I would hope Wind data speeds are fast, that onlu have to worry about their zone cities and they have like a whole seven subscribers on their network

Obviously a Troll, and hopefully doesn't win anything.

The data is terribly slow in London, Ontario, but when I am in Toronto it is blazing fast. Weird!

I agree. I am in an area with edge only so I don't even bother using it. But even 3G in Winnipeg I was disappointed with. Seems to have slowed down considerably for some reason.

In Manitoba Rogers is definitely the fastest network. Of course, we don't even have Wind.

If they suck so much why wouldn't you just buy out the rest of your contract or when going to a new service provider ask them fora credit on your account equal to your buy out if you hate rogers so much?

I have a HTC magic and I live in the kitchener area and its fine. I frequently go to brantford Ontario and my data speeds are always fast. When I go to the gta its fast as well.

Horrible speeds ? That's because every client of roger's runs on 3G/+ network while not all of Bell's or Telus's clients are on it, I load any page within 2-5 seconds on 2 bars and inside a building so maybe it's just you and where you live.
