Nokia 6030 ??

I might be able to purchase one for about 20$ and was wondering if it is a decent basic phone for back up purposes.

What are your thoughts?

i used this for a week when i lost my blackberry, nice texting experience i had on it. But i had trouble with the phone being in my pocket and dialing random people. battery life is good holds up for a day. Other than thats its a nice simple device perfect for back up.

Thanks for your reply! I have googled reviews on this phone as well and most have reported being a solid phone for basic use. That is perfect for me! Rather carry that when I play hockey or soccer than my Diamond ;)

Smart idea, you don't want to have your Diamond in those kinds of sports. Thats going to leave a few marks if it gets bashed around lol.
