HTC Touch Pro 2

The HTC Touch Pro was and still is a terrific device, that helps me out along with my blackberry. But the HTC Touch Pro 2 is a whole new ball game, its going to be a for sure, must grab device. I love that it has bigger screen and the well polished UI from HTC. It reponds a lot better than my HTC Touch Pro.

Positive it must, this would be a for sure seller for the carriers but hopefully Rogers jumps on to the device before anyone else though. I would fully grab the device, windows 6.5 upgraded touch flow so much about the device that makes it a must have.

If Rogers wants to upgrade the HTS presence on their lineup they should add this baby to the its ranks. But seems i will be saving up for two devices this and the Palm Pre. Damn i will be broke.

sorry my friend htc likes to stick with its miniUSB for its headphone jack. Hopefully they learn to put that 3.5mm in their devices.

you know what the 3.5mm jack does get me angry but i agree i still am waiting for this device. It is one sexy device now only if HTC can get an OS out thats much better than WinMo. Maybe even throw in WebOS or Android. Now that would be sweet. I would have said the Blackberry OS but theres a new Blackberry Suit Application that can help you out with that. But i would love to see those two OS on a HTC device. HTC nice hardware now so get software (mainly OS).

Hahaha just passing along so more info regarding the Touch Pro2:

- The Touch Diamond2 will be shipping with WinMo 6.1 but will be upgradable to 6.5 when 6.5 is released. Touch Diamond2 now has a price on he Expansys UK web site of £399.99 and a release date of April 17/09.

So, what does this mean for the Touch Pro2? Initially, it will probably be more expensive than £400 (damn) and could ship with WinMo 6.1 but be upgradable to 6.5 (score!).

i heard about this too, but sad thing is WinMo 6.5 isn't so exciting for me. I see a new skin and a new I.E thats all. They should bring an application so we can drop any OS on any device that be sweet.

Its coming to Telus. So if your CDMA you got a good chance to pick it up but probably not for a while.

I think the most important difference between the HTC Touch Pro and SE X1 will be the stability and usability of the OS. Of course we cant say anything about the X1 yet, but just looking at SEs experience with WM zero and SEs past releases bugs and looking at what a great UI HTC has created Touch Flow 3D, I dont think buying the X1 will be a smart move.

I have tried everything I know how including downloading the trial version of USBModem. I cannot get it to work. I have updated the X51V to WM6.1 and the HTC is stock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Positive correctly, it will be to sell for the airlines, but we hope that Rogers jumps on the unit until all the other self. I would definitely enter the device, Windows 6.5 feed contact upgrade both the device which makes it a must have.
