I actually think that is might be something to contend against it but nothing is going to beat the hype that Iphone had. Or even the massive Iphone alliance it has and still growing.

Has anyone used the device yet?
I'm thinking of getting it from here:

The zoom bar looks really nice as well as the whole TouchFLO interface. The video review on that site looks good. Anyone have any opinions?

Don't buy a EURO version phone as the 3G will not work here. Wait for a NAM version (North American Model) which uses our bands.
At that price the EURO version is an expensive Edge phone lol!

One indisputable fact about smartphones ... a big screen on a small phone is good. That's why we've stretched the display on the Touch Diamond2 to its very limits, while still keeping the same compact size. Enjoy videos, websites, photos and any other images on the ultra sharp wide screen display. The high resolution screen will reveal every minute detail in the most vivid way.
Very true! I loved my Diamond but the small screen was brutal for viewing web pages, that is why I went back to an iPhone 3G. The Diamond 2 however would really interest me if Rogers were to get it.
Not sure if the original Diamond was a "good" seller for Rogers...

HTC Touch Diamond is designed to fit comfortably in the hand of a user without compromising functionality. Blending contrasting design elements of metal and unique geometric facets, supplement HTC Touch Diamond mobile phone user a personal style.
