Samsung Jack (FIDO) how to remove the 300KB restriction on mp3 tones

Hey, so i have a samsung jack from fido, i can use my own mp3 tones (yay) however it says they have to be 300kb max in size, i read somewhere that you can remove this by removing a registry key in the windows files of the phone, is this true? and if so how to do it

Alright remember do this at your own risk, it work for my friend so he gave me these steps to follow.

1. download Mobile Registry Editor1.1 from
http://www.breaksoft.com/Download/MRE/MobileRegistryEditor.zip
2. Connect your balckjack to your computer
3. Run MobileRegistryEditor
4. Open HKEY_CurrentUser-->ControlPanel-->Sounds
5. Find the values
6. Delete the key of FileSizeLimit

Ok, it is all done. If you copy the MP3 files to to ApplicationData folder, they will show up in your ringtone list.

one problem active sync is not working on this computer or phone, and i dont know whats the issue, cause my jack isnt being recognized by active sync, but its being recognized as a usb device.
