Well you can get %15 discount if you make them into one bill, i have three wireless devices, cable, internet, homephone i have a few discounts that help me out. I was only able to obtain this by calling rogers and tell their retentions department i was going to disconnect everything if i didn't get something better (discount wise).

You should be getting atleast for the most part 15% discount if you make it ONE bill. Also call them up and as to speak to retentions so that you can address them about having multiple lines but still pay hefty.

is the 15% discount not for bundles? It does not go for how many lines you have its how many different products, if you have a cell phone, cable, and internet then you'd recieve the bundling discount, 3 cell phones on 1 account does not qualify? I could be wrong, but as far as I was explained thats how it is.

You would be correct. Only with the 3 different services they offer.

Typically no discount is available unless you have 5 or more phones on one account. It is like that at all of the big 3.

It also depends on the ARPU. If you are on $30 rate plans for all of them, they aren't going to give you anything.

Ask for their loyalty and see if maybe you could get some free features. That will save you a lot more in the long run, and doesn't cost them anything.

I think the 15% discount is only if you had 2 other Rogers services (home phone or internet or TV)

Have you checked out options for a family plan, where you can share mins and data between all the devices? Might give you some flexibility, but you'd have to change them to one bill first.

Rogers offers 4 types of services a customer can bundle: Wireless, RHP (Rogers home phone), Cable (TV), RHSI (Rogers High Speed Internet). In order to get 15% the customer would have to subscribe to all 4 services. With only 3 services it's 10%, with 2 is 5%, with 1, no bundle discount.

It doesn't matter that you have 3 wireless numbers with rogers under one account, you don't get a bundle discount until you bundle it with another service.

I hope that sets this thread straight for once.

How come it's taken 3 years to be clear on this? I thought this was the employee subforum... (not that I myself am an employee or anything).
