So i was googling new phones and i found Samsung Galaxy S2. There is rumor and speculations, so i was wondering will it reach production? Or is it just rumor and speculations?

On contract, maybe, but if you want it you can just buy it outright.

I tried to get a phone for a while and now the iPhone is useless now. I try to leave soon. What would be the best company for this phone, if I'm in New York? I really do not like ATT FWIW, I currently have an iPhone in them and it would take a miracle for me to stay with them.
