Desire Mods

I'd like to start this thread to list the various modifications being made to the Desire by users. Mostly What the mod is, what it does and how to do it.

I'm currently researching the rooting of the Canadian Desire. If anyone has a link to information on this subject please post it. I'm going over the information at XDA but theres a mountain of posts to read.

It appears that its been done but in the early stages.
