Hello everyone! I had my work phone as a prepaid on fido and my partner stole it from me and ported to rogers! Basically stole the business from me recently. I need help getting the account number and name on account so I can get it ported back I am willing to pay for this or whatever please email me at italiananthonythompson@gmail.com if you can help thanks or reply here I have a child on the way and my girlfriend is pregnant and he basically robbed me so please someone help! Thanks

Why would you post this on mobile syrup? How does any of the info stated on this post help to resolve your issue? How did he or she port over to rogers without your consent. Do you give your pin number and personal info to your partner? There is a fraud department at Rogers and most likely at Fido so it would be prudent to use those channels.

+1 Rogers does have a fraud department you should contact them. As well no Rogers employee would be able to do what you're asking. Its against policy and if an employee was found doing this they'd be canned immediately

You don't need consent to port a number between carriers.
I work as a sale rep and the only information needed to port a number is the number it self and any one of the following:
-Serial number of phone on account
-Account numer.
-There is one more that I don't remember right now
So technically his story does hold some merit.
