Updating apps from Android Market on S2 4g

I'm currently updating my apps from android market(38apps) via Wi-Fi.

How long should this take(its been over an hour so far) and I have a strong signal?:confused:

Normally when I open my phone it updates apps right away,but I have not used my phone for a couple of weeks. Could this be why its taking longer?:confused:

It should take a bit longer for 38 apps, but no where near an hour, Id first try a reboot, if it still is hanging, Id wipe the market cache and while you are at it wipe the system and dalvik cache, then try again
