Hi i would like to know how do i put my credit card or visa on my android market account?

checkout.google.com

login using your gmail account login/password

click "payment methods"

click "new card"

Ok but if i biy an app of the android market that cost money and i dont have a credit card installed wath will happen?

You just won't be able to complete the transaction. Or it will send you to the same screen curmudgeon directed you to.
