Blackberry help asap please

i put BES on my bb 9780 about 2 weeks ago but my appointments and calender have not synced up i just have my appointments made after the upgrade not before it. how do i get the stuff from before back on to the device if i use a back up i made before the upgrade will that wipe the newer appointments/calender? please help

i found that if you go into you calender options and type "rset" it will delete it and re-sync it. is this true??

Although I use a Blackberry extensively I have never used 'BES' and would advise you to seek answers on a Blackberry related forum.

There are two superb forums that deal only with Blackberry issues - I won't post any links to them here.... but they are very easy to find, if you do a search.
