$0 Monthly Bundled Cell Phone Plan??

I was talking to my sister who lives in Winnipeg and she says that she was offered a plan that with her TV, Internet and phone would get her a cell phone with 200 min, unlimited texting and unlimited after 6.... Anyone heard of this. I live just outside of Winnipeg and cannot find any details about this plan. I tried to call but was told that there is no such a plan. Anybody have any information on this?? How can I get it because I would leave Rogers for this plan if that is the case.

yeah, read about that a while ago. Crazy deal, but very restrictive and long term contract on all your services. Might work well for some people, but be careful.
