Will this phone come out before Q3 2012?

-Pentaband 3G Frequencies
-1280x720 Resolution
-32GB Storage
-1 GB RAM (minimum)
-Dual Core Processor
-Camera comparable to or better than GSII or 4S

I know that the Galaxy Nexus is pretty much this phone but I really want a better camera. Just wondering if a phone like this would come out in the first half of the year. I have no idea if any other android phones are made with pentaband 3G frequencies so maybe asking for that is unreasonable.
