Rogers Sim card Fido plan?

Hi,

i currently use an old clunker of a motorola cellphone on Rogers pay as you go.

i just got a samsung galaxy q for xmas, and i am wondering, can i put that rogers sim in that and sign up for a prepaid fido plan?

I am so confused by this all where people have commented that rogers & fido are the same company, etc.. so I am just really curious...lost.

You can use Roger sim card only with Rogers, to get a Fido plan you need a Fido sim card.
