I read on PhoneArena that these 3 phones will be available trough the 3 major carriers -bell,Rogers,Telus- but i'ts not specified if all carriers will get the 3 devices or one phone for each carrier.

DEXT = CLIQ (AWS)
QUENCH = CLIQ XT (AWS)

No word on if the Backflip will also be available on AWS for new carriers like WIND, Mobilicity and Videotron?

I'll be finding out from Motorola on Thursday whats going on with these phones. Anyone have any specific questions for me to ask them? My biggest concern is if the Backflip will get crippled like the AT&T version.

Backflip looks pretty cool, Dext looks like a piece of junk ;)

Scolirk and I were at the launch event yesterday. Here's some basic info:

Dext is coming to Bell
Backflip to Telus
Quench to Rogers.

Quench supports Flash Lite, Swype text entry and an "enhanced" media player (includes live lyrics downloads, social intigration). The other phones do not have these 3 key Quench features.

They didn't give us a launch date, although the ad campaign starts on the 17th of May, so launch will be around there.

All three devices run Android OS 1.5, and are technically capable of 2.1. Upgrade plans will be announced at a later date. Although they wouldn't give us an official statement regarding what kind of processor or power these phones have, they were responsive and quick when demoing them.

We'll be talking more about these new devices on What The Cell on Sunday.

Here's a quick, 8,000 word review of the event, and a brief rundown on the phones. Okay, its more like 1,000 words, but still.
