hey guys long time reader first time poster aha anyways virgin just posted their changing some fees some for pay per use texts and out of bundle texts as well as changing international texts 35 cents now i have been having a tought time with them lately and even though people have had bad experinces with wind i want to try them out
so is the valid to get out of the contract cause of changes? if not why i thought if they change i had 30 days to decline with no penalty please help!

Hey there! We’re making changes to text rates for myPlan Monthly Plans. If you text a lot and don’t have unlimited text set up on your account, you can save cash by hooking it up. Don’t forget, incoming texts are still no charge!
Pay-per-use and out-of-bundle from Canada/U.S/ sent texts are increasing by 5¢ to 20¢/message.
Pay-per-use and out-of-bundle sent texts to Mobile Apps (like Facebook and Twitter) will be charged at 20¢/message.
Pay-per-use and out-of-bundle sent texts to International numbers are increasing to 35¢/message. Heads-up! International text is not included in unlimited text bundles.
