I wanted to buy myself an Iphone , and asked around. I heard of a problem but dont know any friend with this device on telus.
Many people state that they lose service once (or more) a week and they need to reboot their 3gs to get the service back. Any truth to that? I would like to get some info from owner of iphones on telus.

That was not just an issue with Telus. That was an issue with the OS. I believe it was resolved in the new upgrade on the OS. Alot of people in the US were having the exact same issue and Apple released an upgrade which from what I understand took care of that issue altogether.

This is a problem with Telus no the iphone i am having the same problem on the Motorola Milestone
I think there is an outage on TELUS and Bell today

There is i called a rep and he said there is a network outage threw out Ontario in certain areas. Im getting 50% of next bill :D and he said i will be credited every time it happens

Yea it is i didn't even ask. He's like im very sorry your experiencing this because my boss called me at 2 o'clock because he needed me to fill in but i never got the call :( so i lost hours. And hes like give me 2 minutes he comes back and says im going to give you 50% off your next bill. Works for me :D
