Don't know what to do in my situation!

I need help picking a plan and I am open to suggestions for different carriers.

I would like the following:
- at least 100 daytime minutes (the more the better)
- unlimited outgoing/incoming text messages (I text A LOT)
- unlimited evenings and weekends (I talk A LOT during evenings and weekends)
- caller id
- voicemail
- call waiting
- conference call
- being able to put people on hold without hanging up on them
- no more than $50 a month

This is going to be hard to accomplish right off the bat if you choose Bell. You'll have to pick the basic plan with them, then call them after to get discounts & reductions.

I don't know who your current carrier is or if you're going with a new carrier, but since you know what you want, you should deal with the carrier and make them give you what you want and what you can afford.

All the carriers in Canada are rip offs, so make sure you choose one you can afford.
