They're not really going after Globalive, per se. They simply want the level playing ground that should exist for all carriers and want the Canadian government to apply the same rules to everyone. Like they said, they aren't opposed to Wind's market presence, but all carriers/new entrants did not get the benefit of more significant foreign capital.
