You're about midpoint between 3 service towers.
The closest tower is near Gracedale public school, about 3 clicks away.
Have you called customer service and explained the reception problem?

Yea I called.
The indian lady (who had a terrible accent) claimed: "Sir, your area has very good signal"
So ya...... I sent them an email. Maybe they will fix it.

I had a vaguely similar issue about 3 months ago. I started off with excellent reception at home, then it suddenly dropped to zero. I called support, and they insisted that I should be getting excellent reception because I was less than a block from a service tower.
They insisted it must be a configuration problem on my phone, and I went back and forth with tech support for almost a week, where they kept elevating the support level. Finally they sent a technician out to the field to check the tower, and indeed it was a problem with the cell node on the tower. Two days later, my reception was restored to full.
Sometimes it just takes some persistence. Tech support works tend to work off scripts (if customer reports problem (a) use script (15), if customer reports problem (b) use script (28) etc). It may take a while to run them through the scripts.
