The plans are pretty good for the price point, I think.

$25 bucks for 100 minutes, evenings and weekends from 7, unlimited text messaging, call display, and voicemail. No SAF or Connection Charge either. For $10, you get 350 minutes more.

On a new activation, what credit would apply (on the purchase of a new phone)

It mentions:

# Credit for your phone (up to $150)

Would it be $150 off the price of a new phone (or more)

Since Virgin uses the same lines Bellus does, I'm guessing it has the same reception?
