I heard somebody talking today of a service for 20 bucks that when you get a call coming in, the service automatically calls the number back... something like "Callback Number". Anybody know of this and is it legit?

there is one i use for 14.99/month unlimited usa/canada calling from any phone. They use call back so if your cell has free incoming calls you can use your cell if not you can use home phone, or switch between the two.
They will even give you a free 1$ credit worth about 40-50 mins if you sign as free member just to try it out.
They also have cheap money transfer.

Yes, you can have unlimited outgoing calls using callback services. In Canada, there is a comany call alldaytalk (https://secure.tieus.com/engalldaytalk/Cell/SignUp/CB_SignupSingle.asp) for $6.95/mo on contract(or $8.95 monthly). Calling in Canada's major cities is unlimited free as well.
