I would say that 90% of the electronics I own (phones included) is LG. I love LG products - always have. But I think my next phone might be a Nexus. Which i'm kind of torn about because it's not LG.
Does anyone else have a favourite brand?

Well all my phones have been Apple but i have no loyalty to them

My transformer though I have decided come my next tablet it will be Asus they are really good on updates.

Most of my electronics are Samsung and I really like their phones so i think i might have to pick up a Galaxy SIII when they are released

By bias toward a brand only goes as far as my last good experience. And even then I force myself to do due diligence when making another buy decision. Usually I just use my current brand as a baseline for evaluating alternatives, which I guess is a bit of an advantage.

The tech company I'm probably most biased toward is Dell. To consecutive laptops (work) and my new PC (home) each have been the best computers I've owned, and I've had great service experiences on top of that. Notwithstanding a disaster, it will take a pretty amazing deal by a competitor to lure me away.

Phones... I love my HTC, but I too will likely jump ship to get the Nexus mid contract. My loyalty is short lived I guess.

For a while, I was trying to stick to Panasonic for home entertainment electronics (TV, speakers etc.) but I've found they don't have a lot of equipment coming out anymore to that regard...

I'm really liking the idea of Samsung devices thanks to the DLNA technology they're using to make the devices they make completely interconnected.

Not to mention, the smart hub on their TV's looks SUPER sexy.

If it ain't broke, why deviate. Same goes with Sony back in the days. But these days, I go with the current quality builds. Samsung has taken over my purchases for Sony.

Same reason why I'm switching from Blackberry to another phone manufacturer. There's something broke....the network outages. Always at least 3 per year for the past few years. Unacceptable in this day in age.

Cell phones are big business. Big business (these days) is only concerned about the bottom line......

As far as loyalty goes, it should go to whatever the best product is for your money. Part of that equation is whether you are happy with the product you're currently using. If you have had good experience with LG products and are comfortable with their reliability, then that will sway you in that direction.

Be careful not to have loyalty to a company, only to satisfaction with a product, because their only loyalty is to your money.
