I cancelled a plan with another carrier to bring my daughter over to Wind and another relative because the Refer-a-Friend promotion would pay for the cancellation. Guess what?! Wind is refusing to pay the $30 promotion rebates because of UNPUBLISHED, ADDITIONAL terms and conditions. Also, Wind Customer Service has recently gone from great to worse than both Bell and Rogers. It looks like time to switch carriers!

I have been a long-time customer and promoter of Wind since nearly the beginning but recent changes at Wind have really soured the relationship now that Wind is so very different w.r.t. how it treats its customers.

Wind is not good anymore and it seems to have problems thats why my cousin switch>>

3 of my friends have wind and they say that they are disappointed with the service because they can't get reception in some places and the phone selection is poor as well as customer service. the good side is that the prices are cheap and affordable.

Wind does have bad reception here, but as a customer of Wind for the past 15 years(I have a phone with them for when I go to Europe) their customer service in europe is amazing, My credit lasts at least 5 years everytime I buy a $50 prepaid card. Wind's been around for 3 years & every year they improve. Giving them a shot is not the end of the world. They have cheap plans & outside wind zone you get charged $0.25, Rogers raised their to $0.4 this year & everybody else charges $0.35.

You need to consider that the reception is not the greatest as they're still expanding, & the 3 times i called their cs, they were boring people who sounded like they hated their job. but I do enjoy my unlimited data + tethering plan
